We have a winner
Well it seems me and my future roommate Enrique (his myspace) have decided on an apartment! We have decided on Villa Pallavicini Apartments.
These are a italian themed apartment, and theyre into wine. Yes they have their own wine vineyard (i know) and they have wine tasting get togethers in the clubhouse according to the office staff. It is a very beautiful apartment complex next to Chandler Mall and the 202. Only downside is they dont have Cox Cable, they use another company called Convergent. They offer the same speed package as Cox but im not sure of their reliability. There is hardly any info on their service and little to no reviews. Im willing to try it out though. They are also cheaper and offer a lot of channels without forcing a cable box down your throat.
The floorplan we decided on was the Bella/Borghese. Theyre basically the same thing except on the Borghese the master bedroom and kitchen is smaller to make way for stairs for a downstairs garage. As you can see in the pic below.
So I can rest easy knowing we dont need to look anymore. Incase something happens and we have to choose another place I think its safe to say Stone Oaks is our second choice. Theyre nice as well and right down the street from Villa Pallavicini.

*ahem* Don’t you mean, Enrique’s, your’s AND MINE?!?! hahahaa j/k But you still could’ve added your g/f to this list.
Anyway, nice apartments. Can’t wait until I move back so I can move in with you two. ILY!
