UPS sucks!
i ordered a bag to carry my macbook pro in from buy.com on 5/31 with free shipping option. buy.com shipped it fine and i got my UPS tracking number on 6/2 with an delivery date of 6/6. 6/6 rolled around and no package so i checked the tracking number and got this dumb update: MECHANICAL FAILURE ON RAILROAD FLATCAR in Tempe, AZ at 9:00PM 6/5
So because UPS is retarded and their train broke down i have to wait at least 3 extra days (weekend) to get my package. Who knows if/when I will even get it since there is now no delivery date. I sent UPS an email but they haven’t responded yet. How is their incompetent railroad system breaking down my fault anyways? I’m certainly the person that has to pay for it by waiting longer for my package and how can they even compensate me if the shipping was free? Maybe a free shipping credit, I wouldn’t want to do business with UPS anyways, I’ve had nothing but problems with them in the past too and try to avoid them, and when I need to ship a package I always go with FedEx and USPS.
So yea, fuck UPS and their shit colored delivery trucks and train or whatever.
